Ready to be better, faster, stronger?

It all starts with your movement. How and why you exercise is equally important as how much and how often you exercise. Smart athletes train with this in mind. Knowing how you move impacts how you perform.

WORK WITH ME

SERVICES

Through manual, hands on, treatment and therapeutic exercise, Physical therapy provides a specialized and personal rehabilitation experience to get you back to your level of activity.

Cross training and training in areas of dysfunction is imperative to maintain a healthy body and continue to play your sport. When playing a sport, we frequently get caught performing the same movement patterns. Cross training helps break these patterns to avoid compensation and injury.

This evaluation takes 5 categories into account: Agility, Power, Speed, Balance and Mobility to determine where an athlete’s strengths and weaknesses are. This allows the athlete to properly focus their training in order to increase performance.

Every athlete whether you are a soccer player, power lifter, gymnast or dancer needs to train certain skills that are required to perform at a high level. Being able to perform these skills adeptly can help improve performance and reduce chance of injuries. We can break these movements down to strengthen patterns used in your sport.

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY

Anna H.

COLLEGIATE DIVISION I SOCCER PLAYER; PATRIOT LEAGUE ROOKIE OF THE YEAR
I've been seeing Patrick for the past couple of years for various tweaks and injuries. He is someone you can count on getting you back to full health in the most effective way. Patrick loves what he does and is someone I will always recommend to others for physical therapy.

Derin K.

Collegiate Division I Soccer Player
Being Patrick's client for over 4 years now, I can confidently say that I wouldn't be where I am today without him. He has helped me towards multiple comprehensive recoveries, but he also ensures that I can stay on the field instead of being sidelined.

Mike L.

Rec Athlete: Hockey and Golf
I've worked with Patrick for a few years now. With his guidance, I feel as though I am fitter and stronger now at 37 than I was at 27. As both a golfer and a hockey player, the work we've done has helped in both sports. I've added distance to my golf game, and explosiveness and endurance to my skating when playing hockey. Additionally, Patrick's teaching of proper form and constant encouragement helps push me through challenging circuits and heavier weights, which makes even hard work fun.

Sam Y.

Competitive Power Lifter
I wanted to let you know how grateful I am for the help you offered for my bad shoulder. When I came in it hurt to reach overhead or to bench press more than about 135 pounds. After weeks of rehab exercises, I was moving without pain, and with a week and a half until my biggest powerlifting competition yet I have bench pressed 300 pounds without pain. I'm lucky to have found Patrick and now recommend him all the time to fellow lifters.

Jon F.

Former Collegiete Athlete
As a former college athlete, I continued to play recreational sports throughout my 20s, only my list of injuries was outstripping my accomplishments. Pat explains the 'why' behind strains, soreness, etc. and gave me a structured framework for preventative care and body maintenance. By understanding some basic fundamentals of movement and my body, I am able to focus on trouble areas before soreness becomes something serious. Pat has given me the most important gift I can ask of a physical therpaist - he's allowed me to stay on the field into my 30s.
